Ballet is more than just an art form to me. It's a lifestyle. I've been dancing since the age of 8, and taking ballet barre or class is still my favorite way to keep my mind, body and spirit moving. Teaching ballet to others whether they are aspiring young dancers hoping to live the life of a dancer full time or teaching a novice beginner class, I try to impart the same high level of training and understanding. Although my background is in the Balanchine style, I combine my understanding of body mechanics, pilates and rehabilitation tactics to help train and inform all my dancers.
