Returns & Exchanges

At SteelCore Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help!

We accept returns and exchanges on any NON FINAL SALE ITEMS within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@steelcorestudio.com to initiate the process.
  2. Ship Your Item: Send your item back to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
  3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or send out your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
