How to log in, view your bookings & codes, and manage your account with SteelCore Studio
FIRST! Log into your account
- If you book an appointment without logging in first, it will not show up in your account and you must call us to assign those classes to your account. It takes up your time and ours. PLEASE SIGN IN FIRST!
- On our scheduler, click Log In in the top-right corner.
- You can log in whether the scheduler is embedded on our website or opened as a standalone page in your browser.
- You can also log in using the Acuity Scheduling Client mobile app. Dowload on Apple or Google Play
Log out of your account
- You may remain logged in to your account or if you prefer...
- On the scheduler, click your username in the top-right corner.
- Select Logout.
Access your appointments & available codes
- Log into your account from the scheduler.
- Click your username → Appointments to view your upcoming and past bookings.
- Click your username → Manage Codes to view your active packages, gift certificates, or subscription codes.
Apply codes when booking
- When booking, if you have eligible codes, you'll see them listed when you click the Package, gift, or coupon code field. (IF you were logged in when you purchased them)
- A link will appear to Review your redeemable codes, allowing you to choose one without typing it manually.
Booking while logged out
- If you just booked, but forgot to log in first and are still on the confirmation page, click Log In to assign the appointment to your account.
- If you’ve left the page, contact us and we can assign the appointment to your account manually.
Using one account with multiple businesses
- You can use the same login info with any business that uses Acuity and has client accounts enabled.
- When logged in through our scheduler, you'll only see your appointments and codes with SteelCore Studio.
Reset your password
- Go to our scheduler and click Log In.
- Click Forgot your password? and follow the prompts.
- Use the link sent to your email to reset your password.
