Not sure which one to choose? If you are brand new to Pilates equipment or want help with form, start with the private intro. If you already feel comfortable in a group pilates equipment setting, the 3-class group intro is a great place to begin.

What to Expect

A few simple notes before your first visit.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are recommended for equipment classes and private sessions.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. We offer options for different experience levels. If you are completely new to Pilates and unsure where to start, a private intro is the most supported option.

How do I book?

Purchase your intro offer, then use Momence to reserve your class or appointment. Classes may be booked up to 30 minutes before start time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Group classes require 12 hours’ cancellation notice. Private and semi-private appointments require 24 hours’ cancellation notice.
